On July 7, 2022, Ran Maolin, director of the Social Responsibility Office of the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; Mou Tianming, deputy general manager of Huayi Group; Zhou Zhao Gui, deputy general manager of Yuhu Group; and an expert team conducted a joint flight inspection at the company. Wang Wenwu, Party secretary and chairman of Jianfeng Haokang; Li Ping, deputy Party secretary and general manager; and relevant personnel from the safety and environmental protection department accompanied them.
The inspection team, through a combination of on-site inspections and document reviews, conducted in-depth inspections of the following: safety target indicators; the completion of key tasks of the three-year special rectification campaign; the implementation of the "Fifteen Hard Measures" plan; the development of safety production month activities; the deployment of safety and environmental protection work during holidays and special periods, and emergency duty; the implementation of regulations, systems, and account records; standardized SHE management in workshops, teams, and posts; and risk hazard investigation and control work such as the centralized management of safety risks, the construction of a dual-prevention mechanism, the management of special operations, and the management of major hazard sources.
At the summary meeting, Mou Tianming made three requests: First, the inspection cannot represent the implementation of the main responsibility. The problems found in the inspection should be given high attention, lessons should be learned from them, and work on hidden danger investigation and control should be continuously improved. Second, theoretical learning should be continuously strengthened to improve understanding and enhance the safety quality of all employees. Third, the guiding suggestions of Director Ran should be earnestly implemented. Although the safety work in the first half of the year has been affirmed, safety work has only a starting point and no end point. We must continue to strengthen the awareness of safe development, and ensure the smooth completion of the annual occupational health, safety, and environmental protection goals through the organic combination of special work and daily work.
