On March 7th, the trade union of Chongqing Jianfeng Haokang Chemical Co., Ltd. organized a special Women's Day event, "Chasers of Light - Haokang People," for 32 female employees. Through collective film viewing, sharing of insights, and a themed luncheon, the event showcased the enterprising spirit of women in the workplace and conveyed the company's care. During the event, the female employees watched the movie "Ne Zha," and engaged in lively discussions around the plot's themes of "breaking prejudices and upholding beliefs." In her luncheon speech, the chairman of the trade union stated: "Just as Ne Zha reshaped himself with fire, Haokang women also illuminate their path with professionalism and passion in their respective positions; they are indispensable chasers of light in the company's development."
The female employees, drawing from Ne Zha's growth journey in the film, discussed their practical experiences in surpassing themselves in the workplace. The atmosphere at the event was relaxed and amicable. After the event, over 80% of the participants expressed that they "felt the company's respect and recognition of women's value." This cultural event, using film as a medium, further strengthened team cohesion and corporate loyalty.
