On August 31, 2022, the Jianfeng Haokang Party branch theoretical study center group held its 10th study session of 2022. Zhou Weiping, Party secretary and chairman of Yuhuaxin Materials, and Deng Yinjie, director of the General Office, attended and listened to the session. The leading Party committee members discussed General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the reform, development, and Party building of state-owned enterprises, combining General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the national conference on Party building in state-owned enterprises with the implementation of the three-year reform action plan of the superior Party organizations. They studied and discussed Jianfeng Haokang's innovative reform ideas and measures to help promote the comprehensive strengthening, strictness, and practical implementation of Jianfeng Haokang's Party building and reform and development work.
At the meeting, Zhou Weiping affirmed Jianfeng Haokang's achievement of earning more than 13 million yuan in profit under difficult market conditions. He also emphasized: First, further enhance independent standing, clarify intra-Party political life, strengthen leadership team building with strengthening Party spirit cultivation as an important content; second, further highlight ideological guidance, especially the study and implementation of "Xi Jinping on Governing the Country" volumes 1-4, to study, discuss, and act wholeheartedly; third, further deepen the integration of theory and practice, combining theory with actual work, implementing the "eight must-discuss" topics, and achieving concrete results to welcome the convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Finally, Zhou Weiping made several requests to Jianfeng Haokang: First, consider how to improve employee compensation. To improve employee income, we must first improve corporate efficiency. As an enterprise, we must be profitable, and we must continuously improve corporate efficiency through various channels such as internal management, innovation, and market competition, increase shareholder profits, and improve employee compensation; second, focus on the research and development of new products, and not rely on "eating old capital." We must have real new products, and establish a sound incentive mechanism to provide real rewards to those who have made contributions in research and development and sales; third, consider how to attract and retain talent. If the company develops well, employees will have hope and talent can be retained. We must continuously improve in all aspects, let good reputations spread outside, and thus increase the opportunity to attract talent.
Finally, Wang Wenwu expressed heartfelt gratitude for Zhou Weiping's guidance and put forward new requirements and guidance for Jianfeng Haokang's next steps. Jianfeng Haokang will increase its efforts and investment in new product research and development, seriously consider how to improve employee compensation and how to retain talent.
