On December 12, 2022, the Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau organized and implemented the 2022 Annual Special Project for Technological Innovation and Application Development and the National Science and Technology Plan Project Awards. After application, project review, and meeting approval, Jianfeng Haokang's "Research and Development of Environmentally Friendly Reinforcing Agent Adhesives for Tires" project successfully obtained the Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau's Technological Innovation and Application Development Special Project, receiving a 1 million yuan innovation project fund subsidy from the bureau.
The project is led by Chongqing Jianfeng Haokang Chemical Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Chongqing University and Shuangqian Group (Chongqing) Tire Co., Ltd., with Jianfeng Haokang General Manager Li Ping serving as the project's chief responsible person.
This project addresses environmental and insufficient bonding strength issues in tire adhesive systems through research on the preparation technology of environmentally friendly reinforcing agent adhesive A, secondary etherification process, formaldehyde absorption technology, polymerization degree control technology, material properties, adhesive application, and evaluation of adhesive application in rubber and tires, thereby promoting the localized development of Chongqing's automobile and tire industries and enhancing the strength of local industries.
"Research and Development of Environmentally Friendly Reinforcing Agent Adhesives for Tires" is the only approved project from the Chemical and Medical Group. The Jianfeng Haokang R&D team will strive to overcome technical challenges and ensure the project is completed on time, to specification and within budget.
This project will help Jianfeng Haokang further extend its industrial chain based on its existing advantages, adjust its product structure, optimize the market supply and demand relationship, and significantly enhance its core competitiveness through breakthroughs in core key technologies, helping the company to advance to a higher platform.
