On the afternoon of June 27, Qin Yanping, deputy secretary of the Party committee of Yuhuaxin Materials, and Liu Xin, minister of the Organization and Human Resources Department, went to Jianfeng Haokang to give a thematic education special party lesson and to visit party members in difficulty. Wang Wenwu, secretary of the Jianfeng Haokang Party branch and chairman of the board, presided over the meeting, and 25 Jianfeng Haokang party members participated in the study.
Before the party lesson, Qin Yanping kindly inquired about the recent physical condition and family situation of Zhang Tao, a party member in difficulty at Jianfeng Haokang, expressed the Party organization's care on his behalf, and presented him with a condolence payment.
Afterwards, Qin Yanping gave a thematic education special party lesson to all party members of Jianfeng Haokang on the topic of "Upholding Party Leadership, Strengthening Party Building, and Leading High-Quality Enterprise Development with High-Quality Party Building".
The content of the party lesson was closely combined with the actual production and operation of Jianfeng Haokang. By reviewing the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National Conference on Party Building in State-owned Enterprises in October 2016, "Who am I, where am I, where will I go", how to be a good leader of state-owned enterprises, and cherishing job opportunities in four aspects, it explained how to integrate Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era into the actual production and operation of the enterprise, conducted an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Jianfeng Haokang, and affirmed the work of Jianfeng Haokang in technological research and development and market operation.
At the meeting, Qin Yanping made several requests to Jianfeng Haokang: First, it is necessary to fully recognize its own strengths and continue to maintain them, but also to face the current shortcomings of the enterprise and gradually improve them; second, the leadership of Jianfeng Haokang should seriously consider Jianfeng Haokang's strengths, what the future of Haokang is, and what the enterprise goals are; third, as employees of state-owned enterprises, they should have gratitude, awe, empathy, and a sense of mission, build consensus, benchmark against standards, establish systems and regulations, make up for shortcomings in basic management, strengthen employee training, and refine Jianfeng Haokang's unique corporate culture.
