On the morning of August 25, the first "Youth Employees on the Stage" learning class activity of Jianfeng Haokang was officially launched. This activity is organized every Friday, with young employees from various departments taking turns to give lectures to young employees across the company. It breaks down barriers between departments, widely gathers the joint efforts of governance, and provides a platform for young employees to exchange and learn from each other and grow together.
In the classroom, the sales department shared the sales personnel's mentality in sales skills, elaborating on what mentality is, the ten mentalities of sales personnel, who I am working for, and the bad mentalities that corrode performance. Finally, through the story of crows moving house, it concludes that we must adjust our mentality to adapt to the environment, which is thought-provoking. After class, young employees expressed their opinions on how to adjust their mentality at work, and the atmosphere on the scene was very enthusiastic.
The holding of this class allowed us to understand the importance of a good mentality for work. The sharing of achievements, mutual communication of information, and mutual learning and growth in this class promoted the common progress of young employees, strengthened mutual exchanges between departments, provided a platform for employees to fully display themselves, effectively improved employees' professional skills and ideological level, and guided employees to think about problems more deeply and from multiple perspectives.
