In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment", the full text of the "Environmental Impact Report for the 20,000-ton Eco-friendly Etherified Melamine Resin and Supporting Project (Phase I) of Chongqing Jianfeng Haokang Chemical Co., Ltd." and the public participation statement are hereby announced before approval.
