Chongqing Jianfeng Haokang Chemical Co., Ltd.'s joint project with Changjiang Normal University and Hunan Institute of Technology—the technological innovation and application of a green process for high-quality etherified amino resins—won the second prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award! This project proposed and formed key technologies for the green preparation of high-quality etherified amino resins.
The industrial experiment of the 303 high-concentration formaldehyde one-step new process was successful! This project researches the optimal hydroxymethylation time, temperature, pH value, etherification reaction time, molar ratio, temperature, and catalyst addition amount, etc., for the new process of producing high-methoxylated melamine resin.
