Product Description
Haminol370 resin is a high-hydroxymethyl methylolated melamine formaldehyde resin with a medium degree of alkylation, high hydroxymethyl content, and low imino functionality. Haminol370 resin is partially soluble in water and has excellent compatibility with water-soluble main chain polymers, making it suitable for various water-based industrial baking topcoats. Crosslinking with hydroxyl- and amide-containing polyester resins under weak acid catalysis can produce water-based or solvent-based baking paints, such as general metal baking paints, color-coated paints, and furniture clear coats. However, polyacid resins containing base functional groups are not easily cross-linked with "Haminol370" resin.
