Trimethylolmelamine Haminol 203
Haminol203 is a white crystalline granule or powder. Melting point 164-174 ℃, heat it to condense into an infusible and insoluble resin.
Product Description
Haminol 203 is a white crystalline granule or powder. Melting point 164-174℃, it condenses into an infusible and insoluble resin upon heating. It belongs to the category of thermosetting resin prepolymers. It is partially hydroxymethylated by controlling the molar ratio of the melamine reaction, and is produced through a low-temperature reaction and low-temperature drying process. The resulting trihydroxymethyl melamine has a lower degree of polymerization, and the impact of side reactions in downstream etherification and other reactions is minimal. It is used as a raw material in topcoats and in the production of Cyanate Ester 325 resin. Under dry and cool conditions, it remains unchanged for one year.
